At Neurolytics we highly value your privacy. Your videos and data will be stored on our secure servers according to the GDPR regulations and is fully explained in our Privacy Policy.
The video’s typically won’t be viewed by any human eyes, since they are analyzed by our smart AI. If there is an error in your uploads to the extent where our AI can’t generate a reliable result, one of the Neurolytics employees may review your video.  

Since we collect your data on behalf of your (prospective) employer please contact them for more details on their Privacy policy.

We have two types of scores. Scores based on the video analysis and scores based on the questionnaires you answer. We use various statistical calculations to get the scores and use scientifically validated methods.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to take the Neurolytics scan without a webcam*.  The results are based on our AI being able to analyze your behavioral qualities during the scan.
We recommend asking your friends or relatives to borrow a computer with a webcam, or reaching out to your (prospective) employer to further discuss your application process.

*except if you have a questionnaire only scan (mostly for internal use only)

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to take the Neurolytics scan without a laptop or computer since we cannot yet provide reliable results from scans done on tablets or mobile phones.

We’re sorry you don’t recognize yourself with the outcome of the scan. Please be aware that the results are based on how you compare to others in specific areas. Our aim is to help you, and the company, to understand in which areas you’ll be a good match with the open role and company and in which area’s you may bring more diversity to the company. 

If you’re seeing results that don’t resonate with your perception, feel free to reach out to the company you’re applying to to express your perspective. We encourage all candidates to use the report to dig deeper into the results and discuss their needs and expectations of the role and company with their recruiter.

No, the scan is meant to be taken only once. Only in case your data can’t be analyzed you may be asked to re-do the scan by your selected company.

In order to ensure our smart AI can analyze your data correctly, the scan can only be taken on a computer or laptop.

Please reach out to the company you’re applying for. Make sure to send them the link you’re using and share with them the role you’re applying for. The company will be able to send you a new link.

That can vary. We only store your data to fulfill the agreements we have with the organization that requested the scan. Since your data is stored on behalf of our clients (your prospective employer) it is retained as long as they require it and while they are our clients. 

Please check with your (prospective) employer, the company that requested that you do the scan, their privacy policy and the data retention policy.

Please send any request regarding your data (e.g. if you would like your data to be deleted) to the organization that requested the scan. We are collecting your data on behalf of our clients so we have to follow their instructions on any handling or deletion.

Your data is stored according to the agreements that we have with each client. Please check with your (prospective) employer, the company that requested that you do the scan, what their privacy policy and any data retention policies they have.
