Join us and be part of a forward-thinking team that’s shaping the future of recruitment.

About the role:

As the Commercial lead, you’ll be pivotal in crafting and executing our GTM strategy for our B2B SaaS revenue model. This role is a blend of hands-on sales execution, leadership, and strategic building where you’ll establish, run, and manage a 2-step sales process (SDR/AE). You will run the sales engine while also experimenting with positioning to create foundational sales processes for sustainable growth. You’ll manage and work alongside a small team, driving us toward expansion. You will mostly play the Account Executive role, but you will be responsible for the results of both inbound and outbound lead generation, closing, and client success. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to expand your role and responsibilities.

What are you going to do?

  • Lead and execute our sales/revenue generating processes from beginning to end.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy tailored to our business needs.
  • Experiment with and analyze various positioning strategies to find the most effective approach.
  • Build, manage, and optimize a 2-step sales process involving Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Establish and continuously improve sales processes to support scalable and sustainable growth.
  • Hire, train, and manage a small sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Balance short-term results with long-term objectives, ensuring consistent progress.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes.

Who you are:

  • Passionate about startups and scaleups, with a builder’s or entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Experienced in building and managing sales processes in early-stage startups.
  • Able to lead a small sales team.
  • Strategic and analytical, with the ability to analyze market trends and data to develop effective commercial strategies.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours and location options.
  • One day a month dedicated to your learning and development.
  • Travel compensation.
  • Company-provided laptop.
  • Fun and optional Friday drinks.
  • 24 vacation days per year plus 7 semi-flexible public holidays
  • Quarterly team days with exciting activities like axe throwing, escape rooms, amusement parks, diners, etc.
  • Freedom to be yourself at work in a supportive and inclusive environment.
