We work mostly remotely but try to meet at least once in the office, and once a quarter with our remote team.
We use the agile SCRUM method to align on tasks that need to be done. We communicate using tools such as Slack, Notion, and video calls.
It depends on the job, but we take care to make it as short and to the point as possible. We love to use our own cultural fit tool as well, so you might be asked to complete that too. Don’t worry, it doesn’t take too long.
Typical process will be: our scan > interview > small assignment > final interview
